World Media Group Posts Encouraging First Quarter Numbers

World Media Group, Inc. is pleased to announce increased sales of 23% for the first quarter of the 2012 fiscal calendar (ending December 31, 2011.) The Indianapolis-based multimedia manufacturer reports a rise in sales on a variety of products and services from the first quarter of 2011.

Optical disc sales saw an increase of 39% in units and 29.8% in revenue. Special services were up 14%, mostly due to expanded direct top consumer fulfillment operations. The company hopes to continue its first-quarter momentum by expanding its short-run digital and offset printing operations. Increased demand for QR Code, contract packaging and fulfillment services are additional reasons for optimism as the company looks ahead. USB flash memory and plastic card manufacturing are beginning to gain traction, and should provide a significant contribution this year. As a result, World Media Group is looking to fill a variety of positions, both at the Indianapolis headquarters and satellite locations. See the careers page for more info.
