World Media Group Teams with Indiana Blood Center for Drive

On Monday, September 26th, World Media Group will team with Indiana Blood Center to host a blood drive at its national headquarters in Indianapolis. Register to participate HERE.

Most people are eligible to donate. There are very few causes for deferral and very few medications that are not acceptable. Donors cannot be taking antibiotics for infection. Cancer patients must be one year cancer free. Heart patients must be 6 months symptom free. Diabetics can donate. It is recommended that donors have a light snack before donating DO NOT FAST. Be sure to bring your picture ID ready. If you are uncertain about whether or not you will qualify, email any and all questions HERE.

Juice and cookies will be provided to all participants. Those that donate will also receive points towards a free item from the Indiana Blood Center’s online store. The entire process should take less than an hour.

Indiana Blood Center is charged with collecting 550 units every day. The donations support over 60 Indiana hospitals. Your contribution will save up to three lives. Every drop counts!
